Privacy policy

This policy explains how data is handled when you visit epicrama.md or contact us. It applies to the static website; external services reached through links have their own policies.

Controller and contact

The website controller is VINĂRIA EPICRAMA S.R.L., IDNO 1002600011328, Republic of Moldova. For questions and rights requests: info@epicrama.md. The winery is located in Stăuceni, Chișinău municipality.

Data and purposes

• Website visits. When pages are requested, the hosting server may process the IP address, date and time, requested page, browser technical identifiers and errors. This is needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. We do not use it for profiling or advertising.
• Privacy choice. Your browser stores locally whether you accepted or rejected, the date and notice version, so we can respect your choice. We do not send this choice to our server.
• Contacting us. If you email or call us, we process the information you provide, such as name, contact details and message, to respond and handle your request. This website has no contact form.

Legal grounds

Page delivery, security and responding to enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in operating the site and communicating with people who contact us; some enquiries may involve precontractual steps or legal obligations. The local choice is stored to apply your expressed preference. We do not ask for analytics or advertising consent because neither is used.

Recipients and transfers

The site is hosted by TopHost.MD, which may have technical access to server requests and logs. The precise contracting entity, server location, backups and any subcontractors are being confirmed. Emails are also processed by our email provider; its identity and location still need confirmation. Our pages load no scripts, fonts or content from advertising, analytics or social media networks. Instagram links open a separate service only if you follow them.

Retention

The local choice expires after 180 days and can be changed at any time using “Privacy settings”. Server log and backup content and retention depend on the TopHost.MD configuration; we are verifying these periods and will update this policy when confirmed. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the request and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, subject to applicable law. Contact info@epicrama.md. You may complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection. Moldova's Law No. 195/2024 applies; EU Regulation 2016/679 applies only where its territorial conditions are met.

Changes

We will update this text if services or data processing change or when suppliers confirm the outstanding technical details. A new optional feature will require new information and a fresh choice before activation.
